To ensure our tenants can provide the best care for their residents, we're selective. We develop and invest only in modern and purpose-built homes.

We’re always looking out for investment opportunities. But to be considered, care homes have to meet (or can be made to meet) our requirements. Our appraisal process and our clients’ investment objectives are both rigorous. Properties will need to have (either now or following development) the following characteristics:

Physical assets

  • Modern, purpose built care homes
  • Full provision of wetroom showers
  • Good public spaces and facilities for residents
  • Wide corridors
  • Light and space in resident rooms
