Support Services

John is the Support Services Director, responsible for overseeing HR and office management.

After graduating with an Engineering degree John worked in oil and offshore wind industries, in various roles including; software development, project engineering and commercial roles, before starting work with Target.

Janet is the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive.

She is a highly experienced PA having begun her career in the Construction industry. For the last 8 years Janet has worked in the Energy Services Sector providing comprehensive support to a number of the senior management team.

Janet provides a high level of confidential support gained over 30 years and brings a wealth of experience to Target from the voluntary and private sectors.

Catherine is the Support Services Assistant, working alongside the Support Services Director in supporting HR functions and office management.

Having graduated from the University of Glasgow with a Joint Honours degree in English Literature and Music, Catherine was a Relay Worker for UCCF, supporting students in the Christian Union at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. Following this she worked as a Ministry Trainee for St Silas Church in Glasgow for two years where she had a wide range of responsibilities including publicity, event coordination, and training. She has been working at Target since 2023.
